Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn
    2 c. pecans (optional)
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat margarine, brown sugar, syrup and salt in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn and pecans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
