Zucchini Cake(A Moist Cake Similar To Carrot Cake.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. canola oil
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add oil and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add into egg mixture by thirds, alternating with the crushed pineapple. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 3 well-greased and floured loaf pans or a tube pan such as an angel food cake pan or bundt pan.
