Chile-Cheese Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
5 eggs or egg substitute
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. green chilies
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9-inch round pan.
Beat eggs lightly.
Add blended flour and baking powder.
Add melted margarine, green chilies and cheese.
Mix and pour into pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more. Freezes well.
Thaw and reheat at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Can be cut into cubes and served as an appetizer.
