Crabmeat-Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. crabmeat (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
8 oz. fresh snow peas, blanched (frozen can be used)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. prepared biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
bacon and cheese (on top for garnish if desired)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan (can also be made in a 2-quart casserole dish).
Combine the first 4 ingredients in pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over crabmeat.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
