Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rotini pasta
    1 lb. cooked Italian-flavored breaded baked chicken breast cutlets
    6 oz. can small pitted black olives (sliced)
    1 lb. cherry tomatoes (washed and cut in half)
    1/4 small red onion (peeled and finely sliced)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Set large pot of water on to boil.
    Cook rotini accordingly and then drain.
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and toss gently.
    Add cooled rotini and toss gently to mix.
    Serve immediately.
