Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt
pepper
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 large lemon, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops; season and transfer to shallow baking dish. Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar on top of each chop.
Add a slice of lemon to each chop. Combine catsup and water; pour over all. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
