Rosa'S Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. rye flour
5 c. whole wheat flour
6 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
-
Put dark flour in first.
Add enough white flour to form a dough.
Knead 15 minutes.
Let rise once.
Shape into loaves.
Bake with a can of water in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 round loaves.
