Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 slices white bread (to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, no crust), cubed
soft butter
1 lb. spicy pork sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown crumbled sausage.
Place bread in pan; brush cubes with butter.
Sprinkle half cheese, then sausage alternately over bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over ingredients in pan (do not press down on bread).
Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
