Strawberry Souffl Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    canned pineapple slices
    1/4 c. mayo
    lettuce
Preparation
    Drain strawberries. Reserve syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup liquid. Dissolve gelatin and 1/4 teaspoon salt in boiling water. Stir in reserved syrup and lemon juice. Beat in mayo. Chill until partially set.
