Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. zucchini, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Stir all of this together and spoon into a lightly greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
