Crock-Pot Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and then on low for 8 hours. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes or cooked noodles.
