Sherbet Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. macaroons
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. nuts
    4 pt. sherbet
Preparation
    Crumble enough macaroons to cover bottom of Pyrex dish (13 x 9 1/2-inch).
    Fold nuts in whipped cream; put 1/2 of cream-nut mixture on top of macaroons.
    Let harden in freezer.
    Spread four kinds sherbet, softened, over cream-nut mixture.
    Let harden in freezer.
    Put rest of cream-nut mixture on top.
    Crumble more macaroons over all.
    Freeze.
    Soften enough to cut to serve.
