Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice or 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. chicken wings
    1/4 c. cooking wine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken wings. Split chicken wings.
    Place marinade into large bowl or Ziploc bag.
    Add chicken wings. Marinate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn wings over 1/2 through cooking.
