Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent dough
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 small container sour cream
    your own choice of vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, green and red peppers, onions and tomatoes)
Preparation
    Press edges of dough together on a cookie sheet for crust. Brown crust.
