Ingredients

4 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. fresh orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until berries begin to pop and mixture thickens.
This will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes with low heat.
Chill.
