Squash Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow squash
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash squash.
    Combine all other ingredients. Add squash and coconut last.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top before baking.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven about 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
