Chicken 'N' Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
onions and celery (optional)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stew chicken (with onions and celery, optional) and remove from broth.
Use 3/4 cup hot broth and stir in shortening.
Add this to flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
