Cinnamon-Glazed Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium to large apples
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut up
Preparation
    Set the oven at 375\u00b0. Have on hand a 9-inch round baking dish. Use an apple corer or sharp knife to core the apples. Cut a slice from the bottom of each (so they stand without wobbling) and place them in the dish.
