Baked Scallops En Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. scallops
1 beaten egg
16 unsalted crackers
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
Preparation

Crush crackers.
Add to melted butter.
Alternate scallops and crackers in buttered dish.
Pour egg over top.
Season with pepper, onion powder and dill weed, or as desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle sherry over it before serving.
(Could be prepared ahead, then baked.)
