Nancy'S Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton ready-made pimento cheese
    6 to 8 boiled eggs, chopped fine
    approximately 3/4 to 1 c. finely chopped broccoli (especially the green tops)
    1 to 2 sweet pickles, chopped fine
    1/4 c. Ranch dressing
    1/4 c. mayo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Taste to see if seasonings are okay. If not, add a little more.
    The consistency should be easily spreadable.
    If not, add a little more mayo or dressing.
