Beef And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives, may use dry
    1 pinch of pepper
    1 dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Prick bottom of pie shell, bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Remove and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Brown beef, drain and set aside.
    In medium bowl, mix soup, milk, eggs, spices and Tabasco sauce.
    Add beef, mushroom pieces and cheese.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cover edges with foil.
    Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean.
