Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. or less Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam (or grease).
Place mixture in pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown on the top.
