Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular white rice (not Minute rice)
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 cans Campbell's beef broth bouillon
    1 can mushrooms
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in casserole dish.
    Cut butter or oleo into small slices and float them on top.
    Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Stir after 1/2 hour.)
