Spaghetti With Broccoli, Pine Nuts And Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. broccoli, broken into florets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
1 lb. spaghetti
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Steam broccoli for 10 minutes.
Set aside when done.
Cook spaghetti in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large wide skillet over low heat.
Saute garlic and pine nuts until garlic is golden color.
Add broccoli and stir until broccoli is heated through.
Drain pasta and toss at once with the broccoli mix.
Add Parmesan and parsley.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
