Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 pork chops
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 sprig parsley
1/2 c. whole cranberries or 1/2 can strained
2 Tbsp. butter
12 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar
few grains of pepper
Preparation

Place celery, onion, parsley and whole cranberries on cutting board. Chop fine. In pan, saut all in butter. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, sugar and pepper. Stuff into pork chops. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour; turn pork chops and then bake for 1/2 hour more.
