Orange Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all but the last ingredient together and put in a 9-inch crust.
    Add butter on top.
    Make lattice strips from crust and place them on top.
    Seal the edges.
    Sprinkle the top crust with 2 teaspoons sugar.
    Cover the edges of the crust with foil before baking.
    Bake 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
