Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
6 apples, peeled and sliced thin
1 c. oil
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 or 1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Gradually add sugar, oil, sifted flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Then add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Grease and flour a 10 x 14-inch or 13 x 9-inch or a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle on top of warm cake (after taken out of pan) 2 tablespoons of sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Cakes looks better if baked in Bundt pan!
