Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    mayonnaise
    seasoned crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Put 2 tablespoons cooking oil in baking pan and place in a 400\u00b0 oven to heat.
    Peel and slice eggplant into 3/4-inch slices.
    Soak in salted water 15 minutes; drain.
    Spread each side with mayonnaise and bread with seasoned bread crumbs.
    Place in the heated pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn and bake 10 minutes more.
