Zucchini Cheese Casserole(Makes 3 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/2 inch slices
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1 onion, finely chopped
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil zucchini 5 minutes; drain.
    (Use liquid in soup.)
    Combine eggs, cottage cheese, rice, onion, salt, marjoram and chives.
    Place 1/2 zucchini in bottom of a buttered casserole.
    Top with 1/2 rice mix, then repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes.
