Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef, drained
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Place shredded cabbage into a greased roasting pan.
    Add browned ground beef, onion, garlic and rice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour 1 can of tomato soup plus 1 can of water over the casserole.
    Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
