Weight Watchers Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. green beans
    6 c. tomato juice
    4 c. water
    1 onion
    4 stalks celery
    1 head cauliflower
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    4 bouillon cubes
    4 vegetables (your choice)
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook 1 hour.
