Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown rice
    1 c. Vegaburger
    1 onion (large)
    2 stalks celery
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    12 large cabbage leaves
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery; add brown rice, Vegaburger, salt and seasonings.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Steam cabbage leaves for 5 to 8 minutes each.
    Put 1/2 cup mixture in each leaf and roll up and place rolled edge down in pan.
    Cover with seasoned tomato sauce or 1/2 spaghetti sauce and 1/2 tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
