Baked Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw quick-cooking grits
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook grits.
    Stir in cheese, butter and onions.
    Pour mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole pan and let cool.
    Blend eggs and milk and pour over grits.
    Bake about 1 hour in preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
