Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place bread crumbs in bottom of 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
Cook and drain sausage.
Place sausage on top of bread crumbs.
Add cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
