Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, cooked, drained and mashed (save juice)
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. green sweet peppers, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. grated cheese (on top)
    1/2 c. celery, diced or 1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 egg, beaten
    pinch of salt, sugar and pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and pepper in squash juice.
    Mix together and bake at 400\u00b0 until firm.
    Top with cheese and cover until served.
