Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half.
    Wash and remove seed.
    Place peppers in pot.
    Cover with water.
    Let boil 3 minutes.
    Drain off water. Brown beef and drain off liquid.
    Mix corn flake crumbs with milk, egg and ketchup.
    Fold browned beef into mixture.
    Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spoon the mixture into pepper halves.
    Place in a baking dish or pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
