Speedy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cans Spam luncheon meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Saute cubed Spam, onion and peppers in oil until tender. Spoon into lightly greased 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top of meat mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
Pour over cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes before cutting.
