Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    bread crumbs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onions, bell pepper and celery in butter until tender. Add mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce, stirring gently.
    Stir in crawfish, rice, salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
