Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
2 to 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 (16 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix very well all ingredients until mixture holds its shape. Make small walnut size sausage balls.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake about 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
