Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw crab meat
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, salt, mustard, pepper, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
    Make mixture into small cakes.
    Dip cakes into flour and egg, then into crumbs.
    Quickly fry in salad oil on high heat until brown.
