Spoon Burgers On Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 large rib celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    6 to 8 hamburger buns
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute the onion and celery in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add the beef and cook and stir until meat is browned; spoon off any fat.
    Stir in cheese and tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar.
    Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until cheese is melted, stirring often.
    Serve in buns with your favorite toppings.
