Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. maple flavor
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugars, corn syrup and water.
    Stir until dissolved and bring to a boil.
    Cover and boil gently for 10 minutes.
    Do not stir!
    Remove from heat, cool slightly.
    Add vanilla and maple flavor.
    Stir only until mixed.
    Makes 1 quart.
