Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, browned
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. potatoes, quartered
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and place in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place potatoes and onion on top of pork chops. Gradually add milk to the soup and stir until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Makes its own gravy.
