Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. warm milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and salt in mixer or by hand.
Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in Eagle Brand milk.
Stir the rest of ingredients but do not heat.
Pour mixture into suitable size dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and bake for about 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Remove from oven while still shimmery in center.
