Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. torn lettuce
6 oz. spinach lettuce
8 oz. cooked turkey, cut into strips
8 oz. cooked ham, cut into strips
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
1 c. broken Melba cracker rounds
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
8 pitted black olives, halved
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl or divide ingredients into individual salad bowls.
Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices.
Serve with desired dressing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
