Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can French green beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper (optional)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 pkg. almond slivers
1/2 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all together.
Top with 1/2 stick of butter and crushed Ritz crackers.
Top with extra cheese if you prefer.
Heat and serve.
