Raw Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, chopped apples
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and flour.
    Add to the remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Put in loaf pans (2 large pans or Bundt pan), greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes.
