Chicken Booyah - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. stewing chicken
    1 bay leaf
    1 onion
    3 potatoes, diced
    2 to 4 onions
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves
    1/2 green pepper
    4 carrots
    3 stalks celery
Preparation
    Place chicken, salt, bay leaf, cloves, 1 onion and green pepper in 5 cups water; cook until chicken is done.
    Remove and debone chicken.
    Remove bay leaf and cloves from broth.
    Add to broth the potatoes, carrots, onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour to thicken.
    Add chicken.
