Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

peaches
vinegar
pickling spices
water
sugar

Preparation

Wash and peel peaches.
Place in boiler.
Cover with vinegar and pickling spices, adding 1 cup of vinegar to 2 cups of water. Boil until tender.
Place in jar and cover.
