M&M Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. water
1 egg
1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. M&M's or pecans

Preparation

Blend Crisco and sugars.
Beat in vanilla, water and egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar and egg mixture. Mix well; stir in M&M's and pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
Yield 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
